Babe Ruth vs Lance Armstrong. Epic Rap Battles of History.
Strange to me is that watching this, there’s absolutely nothing about Babe Ruth that comes across as a really negative trait, or mark against him. It wasn’t him personally who instituted racism in sports; he succeeded despite his laziness and bad manners, and honestly, everything about the guy comes across as being, well… sort of admirable in an American way. Fat, slobbish, lazy, indulgent – and exceptional anyway. His insults were even relatively fair (barring for the ‘menstrual cyclist’ and monorchid comments).
It’s strange, it just seems hard to me to look at Lance as anything but an utter prat.
